Please refer to our Events Update page for complete information. Guests are requested not to bring backpacks or large bags. Only small purses are allowed inside the venue. Professional cameras with removable lenses are not permitted.

Cell phones are generally allowed, except for certain performances where artists require a phone-free environment. In such cases, this will be communicated to guests in advance. You will keep your phone, but it will be secured in a pouch while inside the theatre. Please note that all photo and video recording rules are announced before each show and must be followed.

Smoking is not allowed inside the Avalon Theatre or OLG Stage at Fallsview Casino. If you leave the theatre to smoke in one of the designated smoking areas at Fallsview Casino, you will not be allowed to re-enter the concert.

Entry to the gaming area is restricted to guests who are 19 years of age or older. However, the Avalon Theatre and OLG Stage at Fallsview Casino Resort welcome guests of all ages. Children aged 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult.

Concessions are available and may vary depending on the event. Please be aware that cash payments are not accepted.

Seats are assigned when you purchase your tickets for the Avalon Theatre or OLG Stage at Fallsview Casino. Every guest, regardless of age, must have their own ticket to enter.

Ticket limits may vary depending on the venue. Please note that these limits can also be adjusted at the artist's discretion. Orders that exceed the stated ticket limit may be cancelled by Ticketmaster without notice, including duplicate orders using the same billing address or credit card.

Yes. For the Avalon Theatre, accessible seating can only be requested by contacting the theatre box office or by calling us at 1 (888) 325-5788. Accessible seats are located on the Mezzanine level in Sections MR4, ML4, MR5, and ML5. If you need a wheelchair seat, your companion will be able to sit with you. Please note: Accessible seating for the Avalon Theatre is only available through the theatre Box Office and cannot be reserved via Ticketmaster.

The Box Office provides battery-operated hearing aids free of charge, available on a first-come, first-served basis. A valid driver’s license must be left with the Box Office when borrowing a hearing aid and will be returned once the device is brought back after the show.

No, complimentary tickets cannot be reserved at the box office. They can only be booked online using your My Momentum account, by calling the call centre at 1 (888) 325-5788, or at the VIP Services Desk on the Casino floor.

Complimentary tickets can only be collected on the day of the performance. They are available for pickup starting at 12 noon until two hours before showtime. TICKET CANCELLATIONS MUST BE MADE BY 10AM THE DAY BEFORE THE CONCERT. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in a $25 no-show fee, which will be deducted from your Momentum Dollars. Tickets can be cancelled online through your My Momentum account up to 48 hours before the show date or by contacting the Call Centre at 1-877-376-9722. On days with both matinee and evening performances, matinee tickets can be picked up from 12 noon, and evening tickets from 3PM on the day of the show. Tickets are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. Only the person whose name is on the booking can collect the tickets. Valid government-issued photo ID and a Momentum Card are required for ticket pickup.
